There are many types of accommodation in the City of Guangzhou, ranging from deluxe hotel suites to modestly priced hotel rooms. We offer you the following two ways to make your reservation during the conference.

 
Making the Reservation by yourself
    We recommend nine modestly price hotels located near the conference venue as shown below. The hotels are usually busy, so please reserve as soon as possible when you decide to attend the conference.
Making the Reservation through our organization committee

    Please fill out the accommodation form and then fax it to Prof. Zhang Xiquan, the secretary of the organization committee (Fax no. 0086-20-8528 0740). You can download the accommodation form here.

Room rates include service charge, a 5% tax and applicable hotel tax.
