Please read the following instructions to make your registration. We close the pre-registration on August 31, 2005.Applications after the closing date will be accepted on-site only.

Registration fees

All payment should be made in USD.
All participants making scientific presentations must be pre-registered by August 31, 2005.
Those registering as students must indicate their Faculty Advisor's name and affiliation on the form.
