报告摘要

Islands have been called natural laboratories for the study of evolution, and the Indo-Australian Archipelago is the largest island chain on Earth.  Dr. David Lohman will present recent work on the ecology and evolution of butterflies from this region, including studies on the evolution of carnivorous butterflies, adaptive radiation of Batesian mimics, and geographic mosaics of host-parasite interactions.
